Adequate stay at the resort

helpful staff two pools faulty lock faulty door
The staff was helpful. The resort has two pools that stay open until late. That is awesome on hot nights. A walkway goes down to the beach just across the road.
There was maintenance needed on the room. The air conditioning and the phone were not working. The lock on the ranchslider was faulty, also the wardrobe door was faulty.

The room included a balcony overlooking the sea and pool. It was a beautiful double or twin room sea view. i appreciated the excellent upkeep of the resort.
the gym did not have air conditioning.

good variety helpful staff
the breakfast had a GOOD variety of food , and the staff was helpful. the hotel is VERY close to the beach and several good restaurants.
The hotel lacks GOOD accessibility . It took several lifts and walks to get to our room.

the location is fantastic! it is near the beach and a 7/11 is just a minute away. the breakfast was rich and i LOVED it!!!
the room was a bit far away from the exit of the hotel.
