Chanalai Garden Resort, Kata Beach, Kata Beach (Phuket)

The hotel offers stunning sea views and is conveniently located just a short walk from the beach and local shops. The spacious rooms are mostly comfortable, although access involves navigating multiple levels with lifts and stairs, which may not suit everyone. I particularly enjoyed the lovely swimming pool area and the breakfast variety, though some aspects of the dining could use improvement. All in all, my stay was delightful, with a few minor drawbacks in service and dining.

I had a fantastic experience at this resort! The welcome with freshly squeezed juice was a delightful touch, and the location right across from Kata Beach was perfect for beach lovers. While the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, I did notice that some areas of the property could use updates, especially the older rooms. However, I overall found the atmosphere to be clean and welcoming, making for a memorable stay.

However, the numerous stairs could pose a challenge for some guests, particularly those with mobility issues. Overall, it was excellent value for money and a delightful beachfront experience.
